Honestly, I wouldn't want the job of property manager. You can never be 100% sure about the tenants who move in. But Forest Hills worked hard to get rid of tenants who turned out to be rude, destructive and unruly. The building is great now, and I'm sad to leave but I'm relocating. It's a great value in the suburban area, and the people in my building are nice people who look out for each other and help each other out. There's a nice mix of young and old, single and small families. I think some of the negative reviews are from people who you would NEVER want to have to live next door to.
