We are so happy to hear that the washers and dryers are a big plus! Your satisfaction with the community is our number one priority. I can understand your frustration with the electric bill, with the electric furnaces it does cost more to heat the apartments in the winter. We are working very hard to get some things updated here at Farmingdale, we have made some great improvements over the last year. However since Covid it has put a hold on some things we had set to do but will be getting those scheduled again soon. I can understand your frustration, with apartment living you can sometimes hear things, see things and smell things. The elevators are a great addition to the buildings. I am so happy you are pleased with our management and staff. I know parking in the front buildings can be tricky but if you call the office I would be glad to give some suggestions. I do agree we are in the middle of everything and we have so many things so close to us it is very convenient.

Thank you for bring it to my attention, I will have the cleaning staff look at the floors again. We have them here 3 days a week and with the weather it is harder to keep up with, we do pride ourselves on keeping the propriety nice and neat and addressing any issues as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for the great compliments, we try very hard to keep everything up and running and we as a staff take pride in that. I am so happy you are pleased with the area, we are so close to everything it makes it very convenient. The pool definitely gets lots of sun for laying out. And we also love the heated garages and not having to clear off this snow.
We completely understand how frustrating this was as it was just as frustrating to us. The issue was a pump that was not working correctly. This was not something our maintenance could fix and with Covid happening it took a a while to get all the different help we needed here when we needed them and with weather and Covid it was not easy. It did take a while to actually find the problem as the system ran though all 4 buildings and as we were fixing it the alarms went off a few time there also. However even though it took so long and was very frustrating we were still very safe and the alarms were working and now the pump is fixed and we are doing well. We apologize for the long prosses and frustration but we are all back up and running correctly.

Being right on site for our residents gives us an opportunity to address things quickly and allows us to do fun things like Resident Appreciation week. Hopefully we can do more going forward.
I do apologize for the delay. After speaking to our HVAC team, we were informed your unit is not holing the Freon charge and we will need to replace the entire unit.
