Resident 2008 - 2009

4/6/2009

I really like my one bedroom. It's extremely spacious. The maintenance has been really helpful for me. I told them my window was broke and they fixed it that day. They fixed my garbage disposal the day I moved in. When I lost my keys they were able to fix it that Monday....which was annoying because I had to break into my apartment Saturday and Sunday (annoying!!) My bedroom is larger than the one I have at home and the closet is huge!! The bathroom vanity is also really large and ideal for getting ready! Now for the bad- Kitchen is ridiculously small, can't move around at all. Not nearly enough cabinet space, will run out really quickly. The carpet in the bathroom-I know not all of them have it, but it's still gross. I live in a corner unit sooo right outside my window people smoke, so it's rare to have my window open whenever I want cause it lingers right in. The hallways are easily damaged. Both glass windows have been broken this year, along with numerous signs(NO parking, etc.) have been placed in the hallway with the poles attached, it's just obvious they're isn't much security or cameras around the complex. I don't have any problems with this because I live by myself, but my friends almost got evicted last year for being too loud in their townhouse... I have had plently of people over though and haven't heard anything from management.
