I have lived here for almost a year my lease will be up in march and they want me to sign another lease before feb 1 or the rent will go up to 795 from 755 if it is not signed by then also was told I could have caged animals without paying a pet deposit the person working here at the time even saw the animals we had Ive had to walk threw inspections and nothing was said until now now they say we have to get rid of them even after being told we could get them we asked before we got them the office manager said that they are sorry but that employee is no longer with us and she just told people the things they wanted to here so that they would be happy they complained that we had three dishes in our sink on the last walk threw and that the sink is not a storage area for dishes they were just put there the rent is going up and ive herd it goes up every year we are on limited income and they all knew this when we moved in and told us this is an icome based apartments well how is thatif rent keeps going up and how can they make us sign a lease before our old lease expires isn't that like lease trapping especially if they are going to charge you 40 dollars more if you don't sign before jan 31 we already pay 805 with a garage If I could find a place before the deadline I will be gone we were fed a bunch of lies and theres nothing we can do about it if anyone knows what we can do please let us know feel trapped like rats
