I lived here for one year. It was fine at first but as time went on it turned into the ------. Complaints dont help. Kids run the parking lot and jump out of nowhere i am surprised one hasnt been hit yet. One day i was getting something out of my car and a kid about 5 years old started yelling at me out his window"hey white girl" and I told him that wasnt very nice he in turn told me to shutup. What was the worst in the middle of my lease they gave me a notice that they were not going to pay the cable anymore even though it was in my lease. I contacted the company attorney who told me that they could not do that, but he never called me back with a resolution After numerous phone calls and messages with no returned call I gave up. The worst part is that these are supposed to be for people with low moderate income. My rent was $490 a month plus $60 for cable. That is more than most apartments in town. Parking is fine during the week but on the weekends there tends to be beaters all over the parking lot i had to park in other lots. i moved into an apartment twice the size a pool quiet and with a waher and dryer in my apartment for $12 more a month and I dont have to deal with the ------.
