Cockroaches everywhere. I spent hundreds trying exterminate them. At the end of my lease, Swartz completely ignored the law by refusing to return the security deposit and interest OR providing repair receipts. Instead, Swartz has a lawyer (Brit Brown) who handles volume of their case load… See More
