I have been harassed by another tenant here and Woodcrest's property owner, Scott, will not evict the man that threw actual dog feces onto my car and is known to be aggressive. My sister when on the phone asked to break the lease early as I do not feel safe to which he replied he couldn't do anything. Then he said he needed to rephrase: he WONT do anything. They do not care about your safety.
