I've lived at Park Lane for over 2 years now. The rooms are all spacious & we have a very nice unit with beautiful hardwood flooring. I have had to wait on management to do a couple of minor repairs, i.e., leaking toilet, but overall, Angelo & Tom have been great landlords! When our frige went out they got someone up to repair it same day. I will miss this place when we move out of our 1 bedroom to get a 2BR closer the city. It's a great value, awesome location--virtually next to all major expressways & public trans. Another reviewer mentioned gangs but the police have really stepped it up. There are a lot of kids but in my book that's a good thing. One thing on pets, Angelo will tell you it's ok to get a dog, but Tom at the off-site office will get upset with you if you do... They need to communicate better amongst management.
