My patents are living in one of the parklane apartments in des plaines on ash street for almost a year now. Honestly i dont even know where to start from this is the worst apartment they have ever stayed in. If you guys dont believe it i can put up pictures of broken ceiling now this is one of the issues my parents are facing here. And the list goes on. Its been more than 6 months now they still haven't fixed it. And yes their management sucks. I see this happy resident in here where she is accusing other guy of "professional complainer" i mean seriously girl you need to come ask me how my parents are living there. That looks gross and its not even a small area its a freaking 2 ft long damage on the ceiling where water drips down from everytime it rains.( its the top floor in casw you're wondering) . They cant even invite anyone in their gross looking ceiling apartment any more. So god knows when they are gonna fix it. Since its a health hazard i hope they take action soon.
