These older apartment units have a decent management on site but the neighborhood is extremely bad. <br><br>there are gang problems as well as drug problems.<br><br>It is no suprise to des plaines police and 2006 is the worst year yet!<br><br>If you have children I do not reccommend this complex. <br><br>You are likely to get confronted by the area gang memebers at the end of the community park. <br><br>Renter BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
