They need to maintain a checklist of things that need to be done for incoming new residents. I received an access card for Club house on the day of move-in but that didnt work. I had to email and ask management to re-program my access card. My name is not listed in the intercom system. The behavior of employees like Dominic is bad even though they are customer facing employees. These things matter and value because you will see these people for the tenure of your lease. There is not professionalism on issues and every thing is in the air. The lady sitting in the office has failed as a manager because employees like Dominic dont know how to talk and work with people.
Now, on the positive side, the apartment is spacious and the community is good. It is quiet and green.
