Overall, communication between the leasing office and the residents is very bad. While living conditions are wonderful, they were NOT prepared for early move-ins as my apartment was covered in dirty nails and trash when I arrived. Miscommunication between the leasing office and I has also resulted in parking tickets for parking in the incorrect places as well as their 24-hour business center not being fully equipped to handle someone coming in late at night when the leasing office is closed to print with "free printing". Overall, once I cleaned my own apartment, it was a nice place to live but unless communication between the leasing office and residents is greatly improved I will not be staying here next year.
