This is an horrible company to rent from if you are a student. I have heard nothing but horrible reviews about this company. Word must be spreading becuase not only are people terminating their leases early but the management is unable to rent out their vacant apartments. It probably becuase of the ridiculous claims they make against their teneants in order to extract as much money as they can from them. They take advantage of younger people becuase they know that students do not have the financial resources to get legal help.
