Lived here during 2005-2006. Good floor plans. Small closets though. Walls are pretty sound proof. Assigned parking is nice. Not much guest parking, but you can park overnight in the surrounding businesses. Maint is amazing. Normally get a guy out to your place within 24 hours even for something small. Prices jumped a bit too much when I moved out. I am now living in a BRAND NEW townhouse @ Liberty Creek with an attached garage for the same price. Biggest complaint is that they automatically take half your deposit when you move out for "cleaning fees" and tell you that you don't need to even vac the floors or pull nails out of the wall, which is complete BS. I had the place professionally cleaned and they still charged me an extra 200 bucks on top of the 600 they automatically take out!!!<br>
