I renewed my lease after living here for a year. My main concern was that there might be noisy or obnoxious neighbors, but it has actually been fine. For 2 bedroom 2 full bath the official rate is $930/mo, but there are move-in and renewal concessions so it's actually even a bit cheaper.

The maintenance is not terrific, that's apparently the tradeoff for the low price. Some things are new and some are pretty beat up; some requests I've made were fixed immediately and some took weeks and didn't really get done very well. At least they don't insist on coming in to your apartment all the time like the last place I lived. I haven't had any serious gripes with the management. When I moved in the carpet and paint seemed brand new but the light fixtures etc. were really filthy so I cleaned up quite a bit myself. There are 2 washers & dryers for about each 10 apartments which has been fine. The electric heat got a bit expensive during the coldest months of winter. There is no extra storage.

In summary, if you are picky you will have things to gripe about here (like anywhere really), but if you want to save more of your paycheck and you have flexible expectations, you can be perfectly content here.
