You can blame management because they have not changed the heating units in over 10 years. Also, the hallways are repulsive...The carpeting is ruined and hasn't been replaced in many many years. It may be cleaned once a year if that! They let pet owners let their dogs crap everywhere and NOT pick up. You know they're not charging them when they should. I am a dog owner. I live here with two dogs BUT I clean up after my dogs and have well behaved dogs. This place has Pitbulls and other aggresive dogs. Nothing gets fixed because The maintence guy is too busy being a drug addict. That's right there is ONE maintence guy that makes drug referrences continually. They drive out good tenents because they are desperate to rent (and now sell) to anybody. This place will go down. DON'T BUY HERE! The apartment complex next door alone will make the condos depreciate. The management? What management? Today my fridge stopped working and I called the office. No answer. No answering service. NOTHING. I called a family member who had been in this business for years and they were able to talk me through what may be wrong with my fridge. After 20 minutes or so on the phone we were able to get it working again. I PAY THEM TO DO THIS FOR ME!! Just stay away from this place. You get what you pay for.
