We lived at the Eagles for two years and were ultimately driven away by the rent. They try to justify it with the large floorplans, heat and air conditioning included and other small things. But, the place is getting really run down, the apartments wreak of cigarette smoke and the central air leads to mold problems. The parking situation is a mess if you come home late- next to no available spaces. We did our research and were able to rent a place in the area with more bedrooms, assigned parking and updated for the same price. The Eagles were ok. Nothing special and DEFINITELY not worth the price.
