I haven't lived here long (about 2 weeks now) but everything has been really positive. The move in process was SO simple. We looked at the place and filled out an application that day right after we saw it and was approved the next day. Everything is online which I really appreciate including maintenance requests. My one maintenance request was finished in a timely manner. I love having a washer/dryer and a porch! The only negative thing is that the windows aren't very insulated so when the temperature outside dropped the temperature in my room did also. It doesn't take much to heat it back up though. The air conditioner is pretty loud when it is on and took a couple nights for me to get used to sleeping through the noise. Otherwise, I absolutely love this apartment!
