Dear Ed, Thank you for your feedback. As everyone is aware the utility costs that we provided was an average of the community so some residents will pay more due to size of apartment home and how many occupants. Regarding the renewal increase, there has already been several capital projects that have been completed such as the new pool and pool furniture, new landscaping throughout community and new dog park for everyone to use. Other renovations will begin shortly on the main lobbies and clubhouse. As for the garage entry, we certainly understand that this was an inconvenience but the concrete to the garages needed to be done and due to the way the buildings are built, there was no way to partially close down a portion of the garage ramp. Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience. If you'd like to discuss this further please stop in the leasing office and I would be more than happy to talk with you. Sincerely, Betty K. Dear Resident, Thank you for your feedback. I can certainly understand your concerns but this is common practice at many apartment communities in the local and surrounding areas. We did add many free features amenities this year for residents to use like the new dog park, new lobbies, new pool furniture and refinished pool and a beautiful new grilling area and bocce ball court. 2020 will include the newly renovated clubhouse with free use of the business center and fitness center. We try our best to make your home comfortable for you. It is a beautiful place to life. Though I certainly understand your concerns about what new ownership is going to change, it is truly to better the community and make it a better functioning site from the new state of art fitness center and pet park for furry family members to beautiful and modern unit interior upgrades. Also, just wait until the building lobby renovations begin, they will be amazing and bring life back to the buildings. Valley Lo will be going through changes and we do appreciate your feedback.
