Called and asked about apartments and moving in.... felt completely offended. The man I spoke to was very judgmental and stereotypical. I am a dancer, I do not have proof of income so I need a cosigner, I know this, I have one. I mentioned that and he was rude about it, saying that he's had to take legal action against dancers in the past and it's a very unstable job, along with the type of people that come over to hangout, it wasn't a good experience, he says. THIS OFFENDED ME COMPLETELY and I no longer was interested and ended the conversation. So, you are telling me my job is unstable, I've been doing it for 4 years, and I've always paid all my bills. Are you saying you would prefer a gas station employee who makes 300 a week to live at your apartments, when I myself can make that in a single shift?... not to mention I am a full time nursing student, I do not smoke, do drugs, I don't even drink alcohol, and in the last two years at the apartment I currently live at, I've had A friend come over one time. So, way to be stereotypical and judgmental, I feel sorry for you.
