I do not recommend The Reserve. The Staff seems helpful but is quick to dismiss concerns in a condescending fashion. We experienced a significant amount of things break in our building not to mention their unwillingness to heat a main water pipe that contributed to many many apartments being flooded and unlivable for a number of days. Their response to the situation was pitiful. The maintence team worked hard when they showed up, but that was 8 days after our carpets were flooded and began to create mold. They did come when we alerted them of the issue only to suck up water and leave an industrial fan blowing, which we had to pay the electrical bill for. The entire situation was a nightmare. Management violated the lease by not responding to our constant influx of phone calls and emails to fix our unlivable home. They even began an eviction process and continued it until we kept our lease. Hopefully they have learned from the ordeal, but as far as a recommendation? I would have to say please look elsewhere.
