There is alot of good & bad with this place. The outside buildings look like prisons, the hallways are dark and dreary, I'm glad we live at the top of the stairs and company doesn't have to walk down the hallways, it's very depressing & embarassing. The front doors are always left open and there is usually garbage in the hallways and lots & lots of kids running all over the parking lot. Our biggest problem is with neighbors blasting their TV's & stereos, it's so loud at times our floors are vibrating & the pictures are rattling on the walls. The office really doesn't seem to care about the noise, they send letters to the noise makers but it doesn't really help. People are just not considerate of those living so close to them. The usual response of the mgmt office is to call the police. On the plus side, the apartments are extremely large, the two bedroom models have very large kitchens with many cabinets & great counter space. There are a lot of closets and the rooms are very large. We were lucky when we moved in, we had new kitchen cabinets, rugs, blinds, A/C, etc. I could live in this apt forever, it's larger than a lot of houses I've lived in, but the outside conditions & neighbors ruin the experience. I doubt we'll stay next year.
