We've lived here for a year and just resigned our lease for another year. When we were getting ready to move in, the receptionist that we worked with most often, Amanda, was okay to work with, but any probing questions I asked visibly annoyed her. The price was right and the space was just what we needed so we took it anyway. Once we moved in, we rarely spoke with office staff except when we needed maintenance help or needed to retrieve the storage key, and except for mild negativity, we've never really had any problems. However, they have been notoriously rude to all of our friends that have looked into living there. We like the space, it's quiet, it's centrally located for us and so we've recommended it to people. But I am getting tired of hearing how rude they've been to people that inquire there, especially since we've personally witnessed it. After hearing some of the things they said to a friend of mine today, I think ALL of them should be fired.
