If you are going to be in the Chicago area for a short time (1 to 3 years), and want to live a good school district, then this complex is for you. It was built in the late 1950's/1960's, and it shows. However, Ken the manager and fix-it guys, like Tabo, keep working to make sure the apartments are kept up. Note: This complex does not accept government assistance, so those folks that live there are people that work - so no major issues that come with that territory. However, this complex is located less than 700 feet from railroad tracks, and is on the flight plan of O'Hare and Midway airports - so ambient noise is going to be a big factor.
