We've been in our apartment since summer '09 and have no major complaints. The office staff is very laid-back and reasonable about everything, and when I stop by to pay rent every month they remember who I am, which apartment I'm in, what my monthly rent is. One parking spot, right outside our building, is included with our rent. They've been responsive when we've needed maintenance, which hasn't been often and hasn't been for anything major. We haven't had any problems with noise with the exception of our next door neighbors occasionally playing music on Saturday afternoons. I've always felt very safe and secure, especially as the complex is situated between forest and an older neighborhood of homes. The only potential downsides to the location are that it's not quite close enough to the train station to walk, and also we haven't been able to get very good Internet speeds because there isn't a box close to us. I hope that next time we move we're able to get a place as good as this.
