The minimal amount of upkeep is what they do here. There is little to no re-investment into Buildings, Grounds, or Materials. There are too many Dogs and too little pee area, multi-areas of the grass is dead from and reeks of dog urine! Sadly there is not a village code against this. Even thou it is a public health hazard. This is what happens when you have a manager that doesn't live on the grounds or doesn't care. Too bad they don't understand that by having an attractive complex it will draw more people for greater capacity which will facilitate greater profit. I've actually been at the complex longer than 2 years, but I want to make sure I stay anonymous.
