I have to start off by saying that Ken, in the office is very nice and polite and he cut us alot of breaks. However, the lady that was in there, Teresa, was a complete -----. She was just a secretary but wanted to think she was the manager of the complex. She was constantly coming to my door trying to confront me about things that I had been dealing with through Ken. And the worst part is she would have completely wrong information and not even know what she was talking about. Luckily I think she rarely works tehre now.
Secondly, none of the windows seal and most of them are broken. I lived in two different apartments there and int he summer it was impossible to get the whole place cooled! We had to move our bed out into the living room just to keep from over-heating during the night!
When we had a ground floor apartment there were TONS of bugs. Centepedes, silverfish and spiders. And when we had a top floor apartment, it was silverfish and spiders!
Also the maintainence is horrible! One guy, he is a really tall white guy, he always responds quickly, but he somes in REEKING of B.O. And cigars! And it took me forever to get the smell out of my apartment. The other guys is a mexican who barely speaks english. He came in to fix our air conditioner, and basically just took the cover off and turned it on and stared at it for a half an hour! No Joke! And then eventually they replaced out air conditioner, WITH ANOTHER OLD ONE!
And watch out for ground floor apartments, people come by and literaly STARE into your windows and sit outside of your apartment and talk LOUD!

Basically, you pay for the area, which is very nice. But in any other town, this apartment would be at LEAST $100 less per month.
