The units themselves are nice, and overall the building feels safe and clean. Communication with management could be better. And cost to value ration is a little off. The parking garage is convenient and the location is also.

10/10 would recommend! The leasing agents and property manager are amazingly friendly and responsive! We honestly couldn't believe we found a renting community with all these ammenities for the price we did! The staff and residents are so kind and respectful.

The amenities (pool, Work out room, Yoga Room, outdoor grills, community room, reservations for the community room, covered parking on our floor) are wonderful benefits of living here. the staff, led by Angela, are top notch

We are here due to a fire and it has been a positive experience. Management is attentive to our needs. The environment is clean, quiet and offers many amenities .Monthly socials are offered to meet other residents .

This apartent located middle of Lag Range town. Many stores and Restaurants are walking distance. Like Trader Joes, Walgreens, Macdonalds and etc. Convenient to Live. Also management office openes Saturday and Sunday, too.

The beautiful building and the units are well maintained. The amenities are lovely - you can even see the Chicago skyline from the fifth floor outdoor terrace! The apartments themselves are spacious and have plenty of kitchen cabinets and closet space.

I have lived in this apartment for 3 years. I have made several service requests and most of them were solved in a day or two. The service technicians in this apartment are really professional. If the rent is less expensive, it is much nice.

Needs tighter security, delivery wanders around; policies at pool not adhered to; alcohol food in pool; needs more ADA accessibility, some first doors very heavy, close very quickly, dangerous when carrying groceries.

Uptown La Grange complex is very good and clean. The amenities are first class, the location in downtown La Grange is great, short walk to restaurants and shops. The building is very quiet and it feels safe. Very accessible.
