My Boyfriend & I moved in a year ago & I couldn't be happy with the Staff. They are very welcoming to everyone. We have had a few problem in our place but each time the Staff was more than happy to take care of it for us & quickly. The ground around the apt are so pretty during the holidays and during the summer the office throws a summer party down by the lake. I know that they allow dogs in the apartments but I'm not sure what the policy is. As for safety I feel this place does a great job keep they parking lot well lit at night,& the security door makes me feel better. Location is perfect, you will be 20 mins from Gurnee mills & Great America. Lake Villa train Station is close but not so close you hear it.
