I live here now and my apartment has so much space and it's so quiet and peaceful here. My neighbors are nice, never had any issues. There's a lot of kids and I hear them playing outside, but it is never excessive. I have one of my own so i expect it. There is a playground, tennis/basketball courts and a beach. I wish the beach was a little bigger and with less woods around it--a lot of bugs and bees tend to be there, and it can get muddy, but it's still beautiful! Anytime I have something that needs to be fixed, maintenance is here same day. For example, the AC unit in my room seemed to be on the fritz and wasn't blowing cold air. Instead of doing the bare minimum and trying to just make the thing work, they replaced the whole unit with a brand new model. The staff does a fantastic job of making sure the tenants are happy and comfortable--at least for me! 10/10 would recommend this complex to others, and have!
