We ve found the renatl staff to be polite, courteous, respectful and very helpful. All of our needs are met quickly and efficiently. Shortly after moving I had major surgery and was unable to lift anything over 10 pounds. When we move from one garage to another one of the staff offered the service of their spouse as well as themself to move our property from the old to the new garage. They offer the tenants free food and beverages periodically in the club house to build a sense of community. And, it works! We continue to meet new people at every event. The most recent was the Bears and Titans football game The Sanctuary provided food, beverages, desert, popcorn, etc. as well as a wonder environment to watch the game and meet other that live here. The Sanctuary is a 5 Star Luxury Apartment complex.
