This is an absolutely amazing community to live in! Some positives - the grounds are always kept up, including during winter storms. They have a small plow machine that works through the night to get the parking lots cleared for residents and I've never experienced that in my 10 years of renting. Management has been good with communication during COVID in letting us know that only serious repairs would be completed, which is understandable. The only negative I can think of is that the back parking lot of the building has zero lighting, so coming home at night isn't always comfortable.
