I have lived at The Landings twice. I moved out the first time due to a home purchase and when my life came across, yet another, fork in the road, I did not even blink twice at my decision to move back to The Landings. I have always felt at home here. The staff is very friendly and personable. The Property Manager has been here for a while now and has a great exemplary "let's get it done" attitude that carries on though the staff. Every few months they host resident events! My favorite so far has been Resident Appreciation Week, Popsicles at the Pool (which I think are always done at random, which is a delight) and anything involving a raffle (which is pretty much every event)! This past summer they installed a statue of children playing on a log at the front entrance (who else has anything like that?!?! other than a rich gated community) and a fire pit at the pool. They have also repaved about half of the parking lot & seal-coated the rest. The Landings continues to add value and enhance the experience of living within a community.
