After looking at over 60 properties all over Chicagoland over the course of 6 months, we decided on The Landings because the unit was the nicest around in a very safe neighborhood. Moved due to job transfer. Wished they would have gone Condo... I loved my unit! I got used to the sound of the train and after a while I kinda liked the sound of the marching band practice at the HS and the football games. It was charming. Met dear neighbors who we will stay in touch with. Verne, the maintenance manager is WONDERFUL and very talented and caring about the residents. Kelly and Rosemary are very helpful. Great pool parties and bingo!! I enjoyed living here. Note: Beware of Radon Gas in Lake Zurich, so have your apartment tested.
