SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

I wish we could reconfigure our laundry rooms to make them bigger but, unfortunately, the building design does not allow this. The app. is great to use on the new machines, I'm glad you like it. I am very sorry that you were unsatisfied with your experience at our community. We do need to follow all of our company policies and I am sorry that you did not agree with them. Bed bugs are a rear occurrence here. They can occur anywhere/in any dwelling. However, our exterminator uses processes which we follow (with the few cases we have had here over the past 5 years) to determine, without a doubt, the source. When this occurs, the resident is charged. I do apologize for the cost but like any damage charge, they are billed back to our residents at move out. I do wish you both the best in the future. I am truly very sorry to hear that your experience has not been an overall positive one. I would encourage you to reach out to the office so that your issues can be discussed in greater detail. Resident satisfaction is our number one priority. While we must abide by our policies at all times, we also strive to help our valued residents in every way we can. Our maintenance team walks our 18 buildings on a weekly basis to handle lights and general upkeep. We encourage our residents to let us know when they see something that needs to be taken care of since we cannot be in all places throughout our large community every day. We will be happy to address any/all needs at that time. I do apologize for the fire system. We are directly connected to the fire department, which is a great thing, however when our system experiences trouble and needs maintenance (like all systems do from time to time) it will signal to let us know. The fire system cannot be disconnected due to its nature of installation and monitoring at any time. I'm also very sorry to hear that you have had trouble with our elevators. Hopefully our fully replaced/renovated elevators are no longer giving you trouble. Again, I encourage you to contact our office. We are here to help in any way we can. Thank you for your feedback.
