I don't care how desperate you are, do not rent at this place. Property managers have terrible attitudes and need to be replaced. Lack of urgency for major repairs, dangerous play area for children. Loud parties that last all night. Convicted felons that get raided (children get to view this from time to time. (Drug dealers/pedohiles and the like), live there. As recent as this past Wednesday (5/2/2010). Garbage thrown all over from the pigs for neighbors. Laundry room, if you're lucky, may work. This property is a true ------. I doubt very seriously that whomever owns the property, checks their own reivews so don't count on anyone doing a damn thing about the issues.
