I was renting from a private individual, who shall not be named, and she started having money problems and I'm getting foreclosed on! She seemed like a nice person and she kept the condo real nice, since she'd been living there, but I want to know what she did with my rent money, since she wasn't paying the mortgage. Love the area, but wont rent from a private landlord again.
