I have been in Four Lakes for almost 6 years. This first time was great. I rented a top floor 1 bedroom for 2 years. I moved away for my job. I ended up coming back. I rented a 1 bedroom in a walk up. It was the worst experience of my life. I ended up living above someone who apparently partied loudly 24/7. The condo association refused to do anything about it. I then moved to an elevator building on a first floor. The building is sinking. The place is full of mold and the hallway smells like a zoo. If anyone tells you these places are soundproof, they are lying. It's tough to get a good nights sleep. It appears that some neighbors really do not care who they disturb. The neighborhood is changing rapidly. Lots of unscrupulous characters. My stay here will be ending soon. I'm happy to be on my way.
