The complex itself is beautiful and the security measures taken. However if you want to sleep, forget it. I had neighbors that would come home after midnight and blast their stereos or whatever they used until 5/6 in the morning. I cannot believe I am the only one that complained. I could actually feel the vibrations in the walls. Talked to staff at EPI who told me to go in hall and videotape their apartment and noise. Like I really want to get in an altercation with drunk, partying people who have no common sense about what time it is. They were useless. The walls are paper thin and you can even hear people using their bathrooms. Glad I am gone.
