Apartment complex is terrible. Not enough amenities compared to others in the area. Management needs some help. Apartments are mediocre for luxury. Since the income requirements have gone down this place has went from entry level luxury to just an apartment complex.

All has been great living here. The maintenance team is amazing and always helpful and prompt. Its a quiet community and family friendly. Its expensive and I was disappointed to have my expensive bike stolen while chained out of sight. There are no Security cameras!

Everything is perfect except for the water pressure. Other than that, its a great place to live and high quality living environment. The maintenance crew is excellent and quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location for schools and close to shopping areas.
