I lived at the Towers at Four Lakes in 2011, and I had a very good experience there. Yes, parking was a nightmare if you didn't pay for a spot, and the spots were overpriced. However, I think it was well worth it for the community.
The area was safe, which was needed because I got off work at 11pm and wouldn't get home until 11:30pm. The staff was very friendly to me, and even provided free cat sitting while I was out of town for the weekend. I am not sure if they still offer this service, but when I lived there one of the staff members went up to my apartment twice a day and fed, played, and cuddled with my cat. My cat was very needy and became upset if left alone too long, and so this was appreciated.
The trash compactor was right down the hallway from me, which was convenient. I also never had a problem with leaving my laundry alone in the laundry room on the first floor. I was also able to use the free internet down there. The washers and dryers were effective and always worked. The workout room was pretty nice too, though it was admittedly a little small.
I don't know if it has changed since I was there, but I loved living there in 2011.
