I have mixed reviews about this apartment. The actual apartment and community are great and the prices are fair for the area. However, unless you are good at rigging up your own wiring for cable and internet don't expect to have it. They use a company caused Suite Solutions and it is the worst company. Just google it. All that comes up are negative reviews and BBB filings and even a lawsuit (renters are suing their apartment complex for switching to Suite Solutions because they don't want to have awful service). I cancelled my cable and internet with this company three months ago because my bill was ridiculously expensive and would randomly increase for no apparent reason. I was paying over $120 a month for the slowest internet that never actually worked and only 120 standard definition channels (no DVR). I had someone out at least twice a month trying to fix it but there was never any luck. Also the tv goes out in the slightest wind or rain. I have since rigged up my own internet and cable system through another company and am much happier. Hopefully the towers realizes how much value their property is losing by having this company and switches soon! Or I will be forced to not renew my lease after two years.

On the other hand, I am so sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with Suite Solutions. I do understand your frustration and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you personally. Unfortunately we are not in a position to change our provider at this time. But typically when someone has an issue with them, they were able to correct the problem satisfactorily.
