DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. I regret ever giving this place a chance. I had read the bad reviews but gave it a shot anyway, my mistake. I have lived here for just over 1.5 years and I am beyond ready to be moving out in April. I understand that when apartment living, not everything is going to be perfect, but there is virtually nothing good about this place! The pros: a ski hill, & the maintenance guys are nice. The cons: no parking unless you buy a garage spot and even then I’ve found someone else parked in my spot on more than one occasion, fire alarms in the middle of the night, no temperature control, washer and dryers are TERRIBLE & not in unit, packages are almost never delivered to the office, usually left in the mail room or lobby just out in the open where anyone could take them (I’ve personally had 1 go missing and the office staff was no help), dogs are constantly barking (not just on the dog floors either), also some tenants have more than one dog which isn’t allowed but nobody does anything, there is always construction or loud work of some sort being done, the dishwashers barely get the dishes clean (I just end up washing by hand), new office staff basically every month, & the office staff has awful customer service skills. They are rude (specifically 1 lady), they don’t know what they’re saying most of the time (you could ask 3 different staff members something and they’d all give you a different answer), they relay false information, & they don’t do what they say they will. Have a noise complaint? Too bad, they don’t care. Have an issue with your bill? Too bad so sad. Most recently, over the past 5 MONTHS we have been trying to get the pet rent removed from our bill because we no longer have pets and still haven’t had any luck. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention, thank goodness we will be moving out because with the new management, they’re RAISING RENT PRICES. All in all, I am extremely dissatisfied with this apt. complex and the level of professionalism of the office staff.
