My boyfriend just tried to get an apartment here,and I must say some of the staff at the leasing office are either just generally unprofessional or have a attitude towards particular kinds of people. The communication is terrible,they reply texts after days,they ask for extra $50 after the initial $200 application for whatever reason. The whole application process was just really frustrating. They actually asked him for his tax return as a business owner even after offering to pay six months upfront and presenting paychecks.
