First time I experience this. Most of the time the staff is pretty nice. But for whoever is in the office today 9/29, at 2:58: if you are going to answer the phone at the office for your tenants, who are not living there for free, and have concerns about being able to get out of the parking lot without hitting another car, please be a bit more courteous! Don't answer with an attitude and smart remark like: We do what we can! Have some manners!
