Get unit in one of the nearby duplexes not the hospital apartments you will want to clean and use a bug fogger when your first move in cheap old apartments nothing fancy but not as bad as the other reviews say been here 3 years no major problems some neighbors are very loud lots of druggies but nobody has ever bothered us just be sure lock your place every time u leave
