I do have to say that in the past month or so, things have improved. I was very unhappy with the maintenance person they had...he was worthless. All he did was either drive around looking like he was busy or hanging out with the guy that lives in a few buildings down from me. They both must be hard of hearing because I could hear everything they said. They were very loud, and spoke very inappropriately about the staff and I heard the maintenance guy commenting about sexual things about residents. I moved in when the previous manager was here. She would never get back with me on any issue and would either be driving around the property with the maintenance guy or nowhere to be found. ...which was all the time. The new one is very nice and actually called me back when I had a question about my bill. She appears to be much more professional. I do see that there are actual activities being provided now unlike before. I never have had an issue with the office staff. Kathy and Amy have always treated us very professionally and they are very nice and welcoming. I would like to see additional washers and dryers but I know space is probably an issue. We moved here from Quad cities, and I am glad we chose Cape Cod Village. It seems to be getting better everyday now.

Thanks for your feedback, and we agree with your assessment of our previous maint person-and he was terminated. I hope you have seen our two new folks around the property, they are very experience, friendly and hard working. I hope you enjoyed our recent pool party, and we are planning another one soon.
