Beware - they will find a way to charge you junk fees and make you pay for issues already a part of the apartment when you moved in. I left the home spotless when I moved out but they charged me $85 for 17 missing vertical blinds that were never there. They talk up the apartments like they are so beautiful, but they are so outdated and badly maintained. There is also year-round geese poop around the complex that isn't properly picked up so be careful if you have kids or dogs. The electricity in one of my bathrooms flickered all the time. The floors didn't have thresholds so when changing from tile to laminate, there was an empty gap. These could be nice if they would update and maintain them but all they are about is how they can charge you fees and screw you out of your deposit. It's very sad.
