This once used to be a great value and a nice place to,stay. However, corporate America eventually found it and being the bloodsuckers that they are, started to and continue to drastically raise the rents. MIne has gone up 30% since the new ownership has taken over less than 2 years ago and I am sure all others have similar type rate hikes. Given the nature of the amenities, and old and decaying apartments it is not only no longer a value, but these apartments are now way overpriced. The one positive left I is the location and surrounding parks and general location. I do see a lot of mass Exodus recently and I can only assume it is due to the significant rate hikes. I will soon be one of those exiting as well for this reason.
