I'm current resident and I've been living here for 5 years. They are renovating this place which is nice, we have a new dog park, but playground is awful - wood chips is gone and looks like lake after every rain. We have a big mice problem every winter, so be aware you could have a new pet. In some apartments live more than allowed people which reflects on your utility bills, but management don't care. The complex has a great location
